Full day course on how to make a video presentation of your photos 9:30am 4:30pm Lecturer Ray Lockett Ray is a semi-professional photographer who has been a Brisbane Camera Group office bearer for many years, recently holding the position of Audiovisual director and running theory and practical classes for club members on Audio-visual production.
He has had 2 articles about his AV sequences published in “Image”, the national news-stand journal of the Australian Photography Society.
Ray began making AudioVisuals for International competition using 35mm slides and tape recorders. One of his early AVs got acceptances at Bidfest 1984, Netherlands Diaporama 1985 and 1st place in the 9th APS National AV section.
Since 2002 he has used Picturestoexe and other software to produce many digital AVs and has won the Brisbane Camera Group A grade AV competition 3 times.
Ray has also studied film-making at Queensland School of Film and Television and made a documentary film about Bookfest.
Ray currently lectures and mentors for Brisbane Seniors OnLine.
